HTKM Committee Meeting
November, 2011 –ARPEL´s Human Talent and Knowledge Management Committee gather last October 27th and 28th at the Colombian Oil Institute (ECOPETROL – ICP) in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
There were two days of intensive work with the objective to report about the Association news, relevant to the committee´s operation (strategic lineups, Assembly decisions, committee reports format), revise the advances in every project and the definition of some key aspects in these, analyze the Committee´s effectiveness and how to improve its management indicators and work processes.
Besides, there were defined some key subjects for the Committee regarding its participation in the ARPEL Regional Conference 2013, the courses definition, seminaries and technical articles to be published. At last, the members of the Executive Board for the 2011-2013 period were chosen.
According to Amanda Pereira, ARPEL ´s Strategic Planning and Management Support Manager, the reunion was useful to push the projects forward and to renew its delegate’s commitment. She highlighted the excellence reception offered by the hosted company, Ecopetrol, and the support given to the success of the reunion.
