Knowledge Management Forum
November, 2011 –On October, 25th and 26th was realized the Knowledge Management Forum, organized by Ecopetrol with ARPEL´s support. The event took place at the Club Campestre in Bucaramanga (Colombia) and it´s general objective consisted on identifying best practices related to the results´ measurement, impact valuation, and the creation of sustainable cultures of knowledge management in the enterprises
The participants, experts in knowledge management, worked and exchanged experiences about results measurements and verification of the of the knowledge management in the organization´s value chain. They also looked for sharing and discovering different strategies for the development of a sustainable culture in knowledge management and to reflect as a group and identify opportunities of mutual cooperation and the strength of the strategies of knowledge management inside the companies which participated.
