YPF JOINS ARPEL AS AN ACTIVE MEMBER

  • March 2014 - ARPEL have the honor to inform that Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales (YPF) has become an active member of the Association.
    YPF is the largest producer of oil in Argentina, with over 35% market share of oil and gas.
    They have 93 concessions in the most productive basins in the country and 48 exploration blocks.
    The company generates fuels, petrochemicals and lubricants providing a comprehensive range of products, with a strong commercial presence, retail, agriculture, industries and LPG.
    It is to highlight YPF´s stands in Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, promote the implementation of best practices and technological innovation, to minimize the effects on the environment, ensuring sustainable development.
    YPF was one of the founding companies of ARPEL in October 1965, along with other state enterprises in Latin America and the Caribbean.
