COLOMBIAN PETROLEUM ASSOCIATION AND ARPEL SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT

  • With the purpose of promoting the exchange of experiences linked to the industry and the search for synergies in the technical activities developed by both organizations, the Regional Association of Oil, Gas and Biofuels Sector Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean (ARPEL) and the Colombian Petroleum Association (ACP) signed a memorandum of understanding last June 17.

    The agreement also aims to foster mutual institutional assistance in the technical organization, promotion and dissemination of independent events of both associations as well as the organization of joint events.

    This is accompanied by a greater involvement of ARPEL and ACP members in the activities carried out by both organizations in line with the spirit of regional technical cooperation.

    The agreement was signed by the Executive President of ACP, Mr. Francisco José Lloreda Mera, and by the Executive Secretary of ARPEL, Mr. Izeusse Braga.
