ARPEL signed technical cooperation and mutual assistance agreement with the Spanish Energy Club (ENERCLUB)

  • The Regional Association of Oil, Gas and Biofuels Sector Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean (ARPEL) and the Spanish Energy Club (ENERCLUB) signed a collaboration agreement in order to establish  cooperation and technical assistance programs for the implementation of specific projects relating to the energy sector in the Ibero-American region promoting energy safety, improved energy efficiency, competitiveness of economies, deployment of renewable energy, responsible use of the environment, and development of Research, Development and Innovation (R+D+i). 

    They will also foster training activities that are responsive to the needs of international productive sectors, thus contributing to sustainable development. 

    The agreement was signed by the Executive Secretary of ARPEL, Jorge Ciacciarelli, and by the Director General of the Spanish Energy Club, Arcadio Gutierrez Zapico.
