ARPEL guideline referenced in dispersants regulations use in Mexico
The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT) of Mexico, through the General Directorate of Energy and Extractive Activities, has developed and published the "Guide of Environmental Good Practices for the use, selection and application of dispersants in control oil spills in the marine environment". This document has used as part of its references the ARPEL "Guide for the Use of Dispersants on Oil Spills”.
