PETROPERÚ, an ARPEL member company, hosted the last meeting of the Board of Directors this year.

The meeting was held November 13 in Lima, Peru, and was attended by representatives of ANCAP, ENAP, IHS-MARKIT, PEMEX, PLUSPETROL, PETROPAR, RECOPE, REPSOL, TEMA, YPF, in addition to the authorities of PETROPERÚ.

Mr. Izeusse Braga, Executive Secretary, and Mr. Fernando Uberti, Administration and Finance Manager, attended the meeting on behalf of the Executive Secretariat of the Association.

During the meeting, different issues were addressed, such a review of the activities carried out in 2019, which included courses, workshops, webinars, and the publication of new technical guidelines and white papers. An analysis was also made of the successful Leadership Program.

Finally, the three new strategic lines for the coming years were discussed: Energy Transitions, Operational Excellence and Sustainable Management; the Conference ARPEL 2020, which will take place April 15-17 in Lima; and the Plan of Activities for the coming year.
