This report describes the results of the ARPEL project to measure the emissions of real vehicles on the roads of three major cities: San Pablo - Brazil, Santiago de Chile, and Buenos Aires - Argentina. This project brought together industry, government, academic and private sector in achieving the objective of measuring in-service vehicle emissions in the three mentioned cities in South America.
