It also provides a method. for building transfer plans to facilitate knowledge assurance in positions or roles that are considered key to achieving the objectives of the area or organization. The said method can be applied in those cases where it is necessary to mitigate the risk of knowledge loss due to possible separation and/or rotation of the company's own personnel, because of its potential retirement, voluntary withdrawal or nature of the employment contract (temporary).
