Arpel y la CBHE firman memorándum para impulsar la cooperación y el desarrollo energético sostenible

Arpel y la Cámara Boliviana de Hidrocarburos y Energía (CBHE) firmaron recientemente un memorándum de entendimiento con el fin de promover acciones de cooperación técnica e institucional en materia energética.

El documento fue firmado por los representantes de ambas organizaciones, Carlos Garibaldi, Secretario Ejecutivo de Arpel, y Enzo Michel, Director Ejecutivo de la CBHE, y tendrá una duración de 10 años.

En relación al acuerdo, Garibaldi expresó: “CBHE y Arpel como instituciones complementarias, pueden impulsar el insoslayable diálogo multisectorial para lograr exitosas transiciones energéticas justas, plurales e inclusivas en Bolivia y el resto de América Latina y el Caribe. CBHE complementa así su profundo conocimiento de la coyuntura y perspectivas energéticas de Bolivia, con el aporte de las perspectivas global y regional de Arpel. Bajo esos roles caben acciones de cooperación técnica e institucional, incluyendo trabajos conjuntos relacionados con el desarrollo energético sostenible en Bolivia, considerando a todos los actores vinculados a las actividades y procesos que conforman la cadena energética. Es un orgullo para Arpel tener la oportunidad de trabajar codo a codo con CBHE”.

“Este acuerdo es un hito para nuestra institución en la búsqueda de alianzas estratégicas que nos permitan contribuir a la cooperación y al desarrollo energético sostenible en la región y en Bolivia”, afirmó Enzo Michel.

“La cooperación con Arpel contribuirá a potenciar nuestras capacidades técnicas e institucionales, y este memorándum abre el camino para desarrollar una sinergia que se traduzca en diversas actividades en beneficio de nuestros asociados”, agregó Michel.

Dentro de las acciones de cooperación expresadas en el documento se destaca la cooperación mutua en diversas actividades, de acuerdo a las competencias y objetivos de cada una de las instituciones, así como la promoción del intercambio, la búsqueda de sinergias y acciones conjuntas en actividades técnicas y proyectos relevantes para la industria.

Además, ambas entidades promoverán la asistencia mutua en el desarrollo de eventos o, incluso, en la organización de eventos conjuntos.
