First Latin American Symposium “Human talent and knowledge management in the oil and gas industry”
During August 26-27, 2014, the First Latin American Symposium on “Human talent and knowledge management in the oil and gas industry” took place in Lima, Peru,
The event was organized by ARPEL with the support of its Human Talent and Knowledge Management Committee and gathered more than 120 professionals from 36 companies from 13 countries of the region.
Different topics were addressed, as the strategic vision of the area, the management of several aspects of knowledge and talent for the industry and the relevant role of the area in the communication with different audiences, among them trade unions.
The second edition of the Symposium will take place in 2016, and will address topics related to complex projects management and the management of new generations among others.
