El Manual contiene una explicación detallada para realizar Benchmarking de Gestión de la Salud Ocupacional en la industria de petróleo y gas. El marco conceptual fue desarrollaod por el Comité de Salud de IOGP e IPIECA y, luego de un acuerdo firmado entre ARPEL-IOGP-IPIECA, ARPEL desarrolló los manuales y se comprometió a llevar adelante estudios de benchmarking en América Latina y el Caribe.
