Workshop on Process Safety Management in ARPEL Member Companies - Current status and opportunities for collaboration

The Committee on Environment, Health and Safety of ARPEL (CASYSIA) organized a Workshop on "Process Safety Management in ARPEL Companies - Current status and opportunities for collaboration."
It took place in Cartagena, Colombia, on August 15th, 2013.
The organization of the workshop was supported by the Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) and Ecopetrol as the host company.  
Almost 40 officials from different ARPEL´s companies attended the workshop.  

Through a combination of plenary sessions and group dynamics, the activity was focused in identifying the most important gaps in Process Safety Management, and opportunities to reduce them, through a collaborative work.
