Montevideo was the venue for Arpel’s Extraordinary Assembly Meeting, with ANCAP serving as the host member company.

The event brought together representatives from Becht, ENAP, Honeywell, Hunt Oil, PETROPAR, Raízen, Rosen, S&P Global, Staatsolie, Tecpetrol, TEMA, TGN, RECOPE, YPF, and EP Petroecuador.

Representing ANCAP were its President, Cecilia San Román; the General Manager, Nicolás Spinelli; and Miguel Tato, the Board Advisor.

Following the Members’ Meeting, a panel on “Global and Regional Trends” was held, moderated by Carlos Garibaldi, Arpel’s Executive Secretary.

The panel featured presentations by Jeremy Martin, Vice President of the Institute of the Americas at the University of California San Diego; Francisco Monaldi, Director of the Baker Institute at Rice University; and Felipe Pérez, Director of Research and Strategist at S&P Global.
