The Arpel Environment, Health, and Safety Committee conducted a new webinar on Process Safety. This session focused on "Improving Process Safety Performance through reporting and benchmarking, using the latest versions of API 754 & IOGP 456."

The meeting was attended by 80 professionals from Arpel member companies.

The presentations were given by Lex Rossello, Program Manager, Statistic Department at API; Rodney Reibold, Refining Process Safety Manager at Marathon Petroleum; and Margarita Malaspina, Process Safety Lead at Woodside Energy.

The moderation was handled by Tiphaine Le Moenner, Senior Project Manager at Arpel and coordinator of the Committee.

The main objective of the activity was to share knowledge about the latest versions of API RP 754 and IOGP 456, and to understand how reports and benchmarking studies can support the improvement of process safety performance in the industry.
