Petropar professionals carried out a technical visit to Ecopetrol facilities

Under the coordination of the Arpel Pipelines and Terminals Committee, a delegation of Petropar professionals carried out a technical visit to Ecopetrol and Cenit facilities at the end of July to learn about the operations and the latest applied technologies.

The visit began at Ecopetrol's headquarters in Bogotá. It continued with a tour of the Cartagena refinery, where professionals were able to delve into the processes, organization and infrastructure.

The Petropar team also toured the Pozos Colorados Maritime Terminal to observe the collection, storage and transportation processes of white products.

During their stay in Colombia, the professionals shared work sessions in the control rooms to learn about the processes carried out, the physical and technological infrastructure, and the personnel organization.

The representatives of Petropar were Vanessa Iribas, Jazmín Caballero, Walter López, Aníbal Pose and Eugenio Torres.

Milton Lara, Ernesto Gómez, Walter Canova, Lina Velilla, Javier Núñez, Yanet Macías, Jair Eduardo Castro, Diana Puello and Sonia Urbina were present as hosts.
