ARPEL 2013 Regional Conference Report
ARPEL Regional Conference is a bi-annual event gathering top executives, high government officials, delegates from International Organizations and experts of the Energy Sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. The agenda includes different topics, from technical to plenary sessions, but it is mainly focused on Oil and Gas Sustainability issues. The 2013 edition had the moto "Sustainable transformation through responsible leadership"
