ARPEL upper management report on climate change - COP30

The document emphasizes the need to mobilize capital at scale, translate roadmaps into bankable projects, and operationalize just transition and adaptation mechanisms relevant to businesses and finance. It also notes ARPEL's participation as an institutional milestone, as it co-organized an official side event for the first time with Ipieca and USCIB, contributing a regional perspective to key discussions on the Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA) and the Just Transition Work Programme (JTWP).
