La Conferencia Regional ARPEL es un evento que se lleva a cabo cada dos años y que reúne a altos ejecutivos, altos oficiales de gobierno, delegados de organismos internacionales y expertos del Sector Energía de América Latina y el Caribe. La agenda incluye diferentes temas, desde sesiones técnicas a sesiones plenarias, pero está principalmente enfocados en asuntos de sostenibilidad de la industria de petróleo y gas. El evento 2013 llevó el lema "Transformación sostenible con liderazgo responsable"
