Report Conference Arpel 2024
This report provides an overview of the topics covered and compiles the main ideas expressed during the Arpel Conference 2024.
Arpel and Naturgas, the Colombian Natural Gas Association, organized the Arpel-Naturgas Week, thus combining the 7th Arpel Conference with the 26th Naturgas Congress, creating an unprecedented event in the region.
“Driving just energy transitions for Latin America and the Caribbean” was the theme of this important meeting held from April 8 to 12 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
The Report Conference Arpel 2024 is divided into five chapters:
1. Just Energy Transitions, perspectives and regional opportunities.
2. Hydrocarbons, Geopolitics, and Regional Competitiveness: Opportunities in the midst of the energy transition.
3. Major Projects: Decarbonization and Diversification.
4. Energy, Artificial Intelligence, and the Future of Work
5. Energy Sector: Social License and Governance.
