Sistema de Gestión de Relacionamiento Comunitario- Manual de Comunicaciones y Reporting
El objetivo del Manual de Comunicaciones y Reporting es orientar a las empresas en la función de comunicaciones con las comunidades y los stakeholders a nivel local, en el marco de su Gestión de Relacionamiento Comunitario.
En particular, el manual entrega lineamientos para el diseño y la ejecución de un plan de comunicaciones, que de soporte a las políticas y los enfoques de la relación de la industria con las comunidades y a los procesos de participación ciudadana y diálogo con los stakeholders, y que permita dar a conocer los programas e iniciativas de inversión social de las empresas y su participación en el desarrollo local.
