Socio-environmental licensing for hydrocarbon exploration activities in Latin America and the Caribbean - Proposals for an efficient regulatory framework
The report describes the challenges identified in the application of the regulatory frameworks related to the socio-environmental licensing of hydrocarbon exploration operations and suggestions that facilitate the process of approval within the framework of the sustainable development criteria of the countries of the Region.
